    The location was perfect. The bed was super comfy, the dense mattress was exactly to our liking and the room was very clean. The Staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful, 5 stars more than deserved :) Helped with all the necessary information to tour Rotterdam. The underground car park was exactly what we wanted and the staff explained to us perfectly how to find our designated parking lot. The lobby and dining area looked very smooth and clean.

    This hotel is in a perfect central position. Hector on reception was so friendly and very knowledgeable about the history of the hotel which, was very interesting. Hector is a real benefit to the hotel. 5 stars for Hector 😁 The beds were so comfortable, we all had the best nights sleep.

    Superb and extremely interesting place to stay in Rotterdam, we had luxurious cabins in the original 50s style. Boat tour and engine room tour a must. Water taxi stops attached to the boat.

    quirky, as expected, but comfortable & clean. Basic bedroom facilities, with clean private bathroom/toilets. All staff were superb in their roles esp Kirsten & Amber on front-desk - very helpful & positive, warm and effective. LOCATION was outstanding next to “old” historic Rotterdam centre, the intriguing Markthal, and very convenient to Blaak station as all-mode transport hub. Breakfasts were excellent - good variety buffet-style, well presented for self-service, helpful staff…

    The room had an amazing view (we reserved the one with the view on the horizon which gives view on Erasmus bridge). The breakfast was great, with a variety of choice, the best breakfast I had in a 4 or 5 stars hotel. The room design is nice, modern and original.
