as far as budget hotels go, this is the best value for money bar none. Flawless in their offering. Location is second to none. Bed is above average, bed linen is top. Room is above average.
Special mention to reception. OUTSTANDING. Receptionists are top notch, professional, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly. Better than in many 5 star hotels.
The location was superb, the suite brilliantly appointed and everything was just top quality. I have not slept in a bed as comfortable. In addition, the likes of the air-conditioning complemented the room size and worked! And worked quietly and effectively. The staff were discrete and friendly. I would like to make special mention about the breakfast; it is so well thought out and delivers exactly what you want without the need for a wasteful and expensive buffet - take it, it is worth every penny and beautifully presented.
I really like the design of the penthouse and the location of the property. You cannot beat those two. I also love the luxurious and completely fitted out kitchen. I love cooking and the penthouse I stayed in was like a dream came true. The staffs are awesome and hospitable.
