Excellent on so many levels. Island is amazing, with many kinds of beautiful beaches and nature. Reef around the island is bigger than I saw on other islands, so you have plenty of space for swimming, snorkeling and other water sport activities. All buildings are made in traditional/islanders fashion giving you full sense of staying at lone island in the ocean. Regarding facilities, there are everything there, so you can’t get bored even in two weeks stay. Special recommendation for underwater restaurant, spa, all restaurants with different cuisines (Maldivian, Indian, Italian, Japanese), and for many of those programs and excursions honeymoon couples are getting significant discounts (just bring certificate), giving you opportunity to try them all. If traveling as couple you will be surprised with many romantic things by resort crew but I won’t disclose them :) And best of all are hosts. Everyone is incredibly nice and pleasant. Our agent Maria did her best to accommodate us and provide whatever we needed. You will be glad as well to meet Naahil, Waleed, Na-am, Fanny and many others :)

We had a wonderful week in the Standard Hotel. For us, it felt like paradise, so dreamy. A beautiful island with white sand beaches and transparent turquoise waters full of sea life. The snorkeling was amazing! We loved our ocean Villa! Very private, with a great ocean view. Riding bikes around the island was also fun. The restaurants offer a variety of different cuisine, we especially liked the Maldiven restaurant GuduGuda. A date night in a private beach cinema was a great experience! So was a full moon bonfire event. All the staff was very friendly and helpful! Special thanks to Eva! We are very grateful for these days in your resort. Hope we can come back soon again!

Our week-long stay at the resort was a great experience. From the moment we arrived, we were transported into a world of natural beauty and wonderful service. The resort's setting is beautiful with pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and a vibrant coral reef just a swim away. Our family beach villa was elegant, spacious and comfortable. The culinary experience at the hotel restaurants was nothing short of spectacular, thanks to Chef Moreno and his team. The variety and quality of dining options are outstanding. The Italian buffet night was particularly memorable. What truly sets Emerald Faarufushi apart, however, is its exceptional staff. Their commitment to guest satisfaction is evident in every interaction. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Kunal (our impeccable concierge). Ammy, Sachin, Priyanka, Virendra, Shinaaz, Fazan, Latheef and Aiman in the restaurants. Also Taz, Ayah and Vlad at the wonderful dive center, and Drasko who was a great tennis coach.
