Everything about this place what is managed by the owner or the staff is good - it's literally backside of the Mirissa bus stop, so if you get down from the bus, you literally walk just around 200 m and you're there. It's a new guest house, so it's clean and staff also upkeeps cleanliness well. The price you can't contest, the cheapest guesthouse we stayed at in the whole Sri Lanka. Staff is extremely helpful with anything, be it a mosquito repellent, umbrella etc.

Our experience staying with this delightful family in their charming old house in Sri Lanka was simply unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in warmth and hospitality, feeling like part of their family.
The accommodation was steeped in history, with every corner whispering tales of bygone days, making our stay feel like a journey through time. Our hosts showered us with genuine care and attention, ensuring every aspect of our stay was perfect.
One of the highlights of our visit was undoubtedly the culinary adventure we embarked on. Each meal was a masterpiece, bursting with flavors and aromas unique to Sri Lankan cuisine. We felt truly blessed to savor some of the best dishes the country has to offer, lovingly prepared by our gracious hosts.
Beyond the culinary delights, our hosts went above and beyond to immerse us in the rich culture and traditions of Sri Lanka. From insightful conversations to guided tours of nearby attractions, every moment was a lesson in history and heritage.
A special mention must be made of the unforgettable cooking class we attended. Under the expert guidance of our host, we learned the secrets of Sri Lankan cooking, gaining invaluable skills and creating memories to cherish for a lifetime.
In conclusion, our stay with this wonderful family was more than just accommodation – it was a cultural experience, an immersion into the heart and soul of Sri Lanka. We departed with full hearts, grateful for the memories made and the friendships forged. If you're seeking an authentic and enriching experience in Sri Lanka, look no further than this remarkable abode. We stayed for a week.

Everything was immaculate. The main restaurant is stunning, the service was fantastic. Our room had an infinity pool and a built-in steam room. The main moon pool has the most amazing views and the gym below had great equipment and was spotless.
One thing that really stood out for me was the food. My partner and I have dined in some of the best restaurants in the world (without wanting to brag) and I would go back just for the food. Every dish we had was beautifully presented and made from excellent local produce.
My partner had a massage at the spa (by masseuses from Indonesia) and said it was the best massage she had ever had. That's saying a lot as she has massages all the time.
Big shout to to the chefs and also Sajith who took amazing care of us.

The breakfast was great! They did a great continental breakfast as well as a Sri Lankan breakfast which was my favorite. The place was so peaceful as we were the only guests... The pool was amazing. Loved our stay there!

I arrived late night and left the next morning but the apartment and the whole property seemed way better than what I expected. Very good value for the money (it was low season). I wanted to stay one more night but it was already booked. I can only recommend.
If you’re looking to treat yourself, a high-end hotel will provide that extra something special to make your trip even more memorable. These five-star properties feature lavish luxuries such as on-site restaurants with sweeping city views, in-room massage and spacious private terraces. They often have a central location which makes exploring the main sights a breeze.
The rooms were very comfortable and bathrooms were nice. Staff are lovely and so accommodating - they helped us with a very early check in on arrival. Highly recommend the chef's Sri Lankan curry and devilled chicken.
This was the best accommodation we could have wished for, we stayed in a Deluxe room, spacious with high ceilings. Position was perfect to enjoy Mirissa beach with the option to swim in the pool if the sea was rough. We opted for full board which meant we ate Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at the resort restaurant on the second floor overlooking the beach - the food was varied and delicious. The staff could not be more helpful and we were treated like VIPS.
Lovely boutique hotel with superb staff, wonderful pool and relaxing area, awesome rooms with sea view. Good location c 10-15 tuk tuk from Mirissa. Roshan the chef and the whole team were so helpful, sorting out travel and tips and amazing food. Would come again!
My expectations were already very high based on past reviews, and they were absolutely true - a paradise hidden away from the masses, set on a beautiful beach (with regular visits from turtles in late in the afternoon). Fantastic warm service from all staff in the chic colonial style villa that is very well looked after - a special place for us that we will need to return to! Great food from the chef too (both for breakfast and the dinner we dined in).
The location of the hotel is amazing right on the beach, and there are some really nice restaurants nearby (special shout out to La Mer)! You can borrow surfboards free of charge, and since the sun beds are hotel guest exclusive there’s always a spot available. The room’s air conditioning was OUTSTANDING! The staff were super friendly and eager to help you plan your excursions! We might suggest that you skip the whale safari though (not arranged by the hotel, but suggested)…
Unique experience on a wonderful piece of land nearby Mirissa beach. The staff made it a superb experience for us with their service and helpfulness. Recommendation to anyone looking for a zen vibe and luxury.
Lovely breakfast with quality food products and great coffee. Our room was AMAZING with great A/C, beautiful linens and very well styled. The staff were outstanding and attended to all guests with consistent good service.
A lovely touch was the free Tuk Tuk to Mirissa beach between 9am-6pm.
The hotel has a sister restaurant called Ohh La La and it is definitely worth a visit. Great food, exceptional service and to top it all, a fab musician playing.
Would I return..... absolutely!!
We had an exceptional 4-day stay at this hotel, where the service was outstanding, the location was superb, and the cuisine reached star-level perfection. Special thanks to the chef, the general manager, and Dinuka for their flawless services and kindness. Each moment was a delight, making my stay truly memorable.
Thank you for everything!
