Staff was great! : ) Not 'just' friendly and professional, but extraordinarily accommodating when they did not have to be. We travelled by train and were able to check-in way before the normal 16h00 as well as check out significantly later than 10h00. The breakfast croissants were delicious. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures and we enjoyed every day there. The location is close to the beach : cross one street plus the beach promenade and you are right there. A supermarket is close by as well. I think 2 to 3 crossed streets to a "COAL" branch. Another promenade is located in just the next street up from outside the hotel when facing away from the beach. Gaming halls, various shops: souveniers, crafts, as well cafés and ice cream parlors are close by. Rentals for motor rollers and other vehicles are available in the area.

I cannot say enough great things about the Aparthotel England. The staff is wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The services in the room including cleaning were great. The apartment itself was wonderful and we took breakfast on the balcony each day. Pictures do not do justice for how incredible the pool is. It is indoor but has a series of windows the open on the roof and sides onto balconies (if you want them to be open) and there is an elliptical up there as well. It is beautiful at day and night, really such a relaxing space. The hotel had a few things in place for COVID that were comfortable and made sense. Everything at the Aparthotel England made our week in Riccione more special and we hope to go back some day. Consigliatissimo!
