The locations was good and the stay was comfortable. Host and managers were very helpful. The food quality was good but service takes long time appx 30-45 mins. Go for the food which chef can prepare well as not all the items were upto the mark.
The location was easy to reach and compared to the resorts around it had a very good approach.

The jewel in the crown was the staff. Everyone was so helpful and soft spoken usually we get such services in 5 Star hotels. I would recommend this to small groups. Very comfortable and spacious rooms.
Rameshji, Chef Biswasji and Gauravji were extremely hospitable and served delicious Pahadi food cooked specially upon my request. The cottages are kept clean, with provision of additional blankets. Each cottage with its attached verandah is with a beautiful mountain view as the cottages are placed at different levels. The location is amidst a forested park and the early morning walk amidst the trails is enjoyable. There are gazebos at a few places along the trail where one can relax.
I have recently visited the place and Nivriti Stays Kanatal surpassed all expectations with its perfect stay, delectable cuisine, and an outstanding hotel staff. The accommodation was flawless, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. The culinary experience was a highlight, with a diverse menu that catered to various tastes. The hotel staff's professionalism and attentiveness truly made the stay exceptional. Nivriti Stays Kanatal is undoubtedly a perfect choice for those seeking an impeccable retreat.
