The warm welcome I received from Sahil at the front desk set the tone for an incredible experience. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine friendliness made check-in seamless and enjoyable.
Throughout my stay, the General Manager, Rohit, demonstrated a remarkable commitment to guest satisfaction. He ensured that every aspect of the resort operated smoothly, and his proactive approach to addressing any concerns showcased his dedication to providing a top-notch experience for guests.
Kudos to Tej Singh from Housekeeping for maintaining impeccable cleanliness and comfort in my room. Everything was very nice, the bathroom was very western and there was things like slippers that they would give so that was nice. The river that was in front was amazin, and you could see the Himalayas from there. It was very peaceful. The room was big and clean, nice. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked very good, although it was not very necessary since weather was super nice even without the AC.

Firstly, a huge shout out to the entire Staff of Radisson Blu Dharamshala! They were all so warm, welcoming and courteous. A special thanks going out to Mr. Mahesh at The Edge restaurant, our server Mr. Vikas, Chef Mr. Anil and the Sous-Executive Chef who made our breakfast experience nothing short of outstanding! Mr. Amit, who is the guest relations Manager I believe was also very welcoming and was very sweet to connect with. The food at the property is amazing - lunch, breakfast spread, name it!
Breakfast was very good & so was lunch / dinner. Hospitality was superb and the dining room staff & chefs were very good, always smiling, ready to help with the menu. Chef Akshay, Chef Anil, Vineet, Ajay, Manav, Prakash were outstanding.
Excellent and courteas staff. Spacious rooms. Their restaurant is superb. The food quality was great. Chef made us Thupka which was not part of the menu.

The way they have helped my wife who is on wheelchair, the word" THANX" is too small.My room booked was deluxe with balcony , quite spacious with all the amenities required. I had taken half board plan so all four days our dinner were at EDGR. Staff was very nice especially Vikas, Paramjeet and masterchef.

Superb views of the mountain range from the hotel lawns and mountain view rooms. Service was good and food was great. Special mention to the chef for meeting special dietary requirements and taking exceptional care of us. Can spend whole day in the resort, no need to head out.
