The ambiance of the Taj is unbeatable. It is a building with history, a building with character. Close to major shopping stores and restaurants. We liked dining in the pool side restaurant, Aquarius. The food there is very good and the service was friendly and prompt. Seating capacity was somewhat limited. The breakfast at the Sea Lounge was nice. The buffet verity was somewhat limited in my opinion. But there are Indian dishes which give visitors a glimpse of the rich verity of Indian cuisine. When there, look for Mr. Mahfouz. He was very attentive. Dinner at the Golden Dragon was an excellent experience. On our final night we tried Shamiana. The food was ok but the sugar cane extract ice cream was great.

This Place is so Fabulous and Gorgeous. it Looks so Superb. It Gives you a Wonderful Comfort to Stay Here. The Orion Premium Apartment is so Luxurious And Well Maintained Location is Amazing And Wonderful.
Overall experience was fine Just the room was too small compare to other neighbouring 5 start properties size of room for lesser price . actually the room size is a real problem for couple if staying together.
To highlight - SERVICE and friendliness of staff was 10/10 even I would say OUTSTANDING
Breakfast was delicious. Deluxe rooms are of average size where two people can managed easily. Superb location, everything is very accessible. Staff are very kind, they even offered me a free room for rest before check in as I arrived early morning with family. Special thanks to Mr Rajesh, he was one among the best.

Over all experience was excellent and I would rate this property as 5 stars. Right from stepping out of your taxi their luggage helper Kushal comes over and greets you. Then their staff Shawn Rodrigues, Akshay Kadwakar Vaibhav, and Rochelle did an excellent part in their duties to ensure a smooth stay. While eating breakfast their head chef Jhony Dabre goes greets you and makes some special dish for you to start your day with a happy and satisfied mind.
Excellent location. Taj service levels are unbeatable. Deluxe suites were modern and well designed. Excellent room service and amenities. Bathroom products were top notch. All restaurants were 5 star… Italian, Indian and Thai. we visited each several times. In house Wink bar was also good. Daily breakfast was so good. Fresh fruit was tasty, excellent buffet selection with top quality ingredients. A la carte breakfast choices were also great. very good value for money

Well I have been to this property for numerous times over the years for various reasons. Been to the rooms and eaten their food ob multiple occasions. But recently was the first time I properly "stayed" at this property. let me say the hospitality is amazing! oh and the view from the deluxe sea view room! don't go by the negative reviews. the property exudes a luxury business hotel vibe! simply everything you expect from a high end 5 star business hotel!
