This resort is amazing. The staff is the friendliest I have ever seen, everyone is super helpful and nice. The rooms with the outdoor bathrooms are super cozy. We had the room with pool access, which I would recommend as you have access to afternoon tea and the quieter part of the resort with a big pool. The food in the restaurant is also amazing.

A beautiful little resort with a lot of privacy and great service.
The rooms were lovely and so was the outside area where we could chill on the sofa or on the fat boys at our own little swimming pool. Breakfast was served at our own villa and at the end of the afternoon we ordered cocktails which were then also brought to our villa. It was real luxury for a affordable price. The kids slept in one room (20, 17 and 14) and we in the other. The rooms are large enough to host three people.
The shower in the morning was already my highlight of the day. So great to shower between the plants in the bathroom.
Zidane (not sure if you write it this way) was beyond friendly and did everything he could to make us feel home and comfortable. And we really did feel home. We rented the bikes (we Dutch always feel at home when we have bikes) and discovered the island which is partly beautiful and relaxed and partly too busy with screaming tourists and noisy bad bars. You can see a lot of turtles on the north coast and at La Cala you can have the European style beach club experience (although it is close to the screaming load bars, you don't see or hear them).

We loved our stay here, especially as it wasn’t in the heart of the parties Gili T is more known for. The beach hut was lovely, we had lovely breakfasts on the beach, and the hotel is just up from Turtle Point on the beach so we rented to free snorkelling equipment from the hotel for this.
The staff are fantastic, and made our stay. All the staff were lovely and friendly, we had a few dinners and plenty of drinks and they couldn’t help us enough. Dewa was particularly helpful from our first stay at the hotel.

The rooms were lovely and clean, spacious and had everything you’d need. The staff were so helpful and attentive. Location was an easy 15 minute walk from the main centre or a short 5 minute cycle ride. They helped us hire bikes and sort a massage. The massage was okay. The hotel has its own private beach with sunbeds to use, the lunch available was lovely! Unfortunately the coffee machine was broken during our time there but the staff very kindly provided with free water as replacement and were very apologetic.

This place is an absolute gem! The staff is friendly as can be, breakfast is not a 5star hotel but plenty and nicely prepared. The guys at the reception do more than expected to make us feel comfortable. The treehouse itself is beautiful, located near to beach, either way you can bicycle around the island in like an hour if you want. At night there is not much lights but we all have phones to see the road. I would definitely return without hesitation!

Fantastic villa…so spacious! Very tastefully constructed.
The staff it's so bloody nice. The place is very well kept. Pool is nice, and big enough. Yeah you might find a couple of floating leaves here and there, but guess what? that does not make the pool dirty.

position 10/10 - close enough to everything, far enough to not hear the mosque and prayers.
room 10/10 - yeah ofc there is some rust here and there, but what do you expect? this aint a 5 stars hotel, so do not have 5 stars hotel expectation!

Ponte Villas is perfection the staff, location, villas and service was superb. Mahrun and all the team couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect. We loved every minute from surfing out the front, relaxing by the pool or at the beach.
It was so perfect to have an alacarte breakfast each morning of freshly prepared meals instead of the standard boring buffet.
I would come back in a heartbeat the team organised a great day out with snorkeling and island hopping. Nothing was ever too much. It was paradise we can’t wait to come back.
Great location. Far enough away from the parties that we couldn't hear any loud music. Close walk to best snorkeling area with turtles and restaurants near by. Organised bikes for us. Fabulous Italian restuarant next door - My Place. Basic brekky included and delivered on time to room. Large water dispenser provided so we didn't have to buy lots of bottles. We loved this place. Great location and friendly staff. Don't stay if you are expecting 4/5 stars.
Outstanding architectural design, I rarely felt so comfortable in a Hotel. The beds are luxurious and I slept like a toddler. The bathroom is so instagramable, you will want to live there. There is a fish pool in the bathroom, the Kois watch you shower! Staff is courteous and kind. They organised a ferry ticket for us. You get two bicycles included so no need to rent them elsewhere.
