The overall experience was amazing, we couldn’t get enough of the pool and sunbeds and damn, the view was insane🤩
The villa itself was very clean, all cooking utensils were available, beds were comfortable and the living room was very accommodating, can’t forget about the dining area with the amazing view 🫶

Staff were all amazing. Chris (Xhris) was exceptional. Always happy and willing to assist. Zac at the bar and Maria at the spa were also excellent. Plunge pool was excellent and spa treatments were reasonably priced …and good.

A bit outside the touristic centre and great if you want to enjoy a bit more calm stay. The walk to the old town is about 15 min and great if you combine it with walking along the coast. Recommended!

There are places that impress and there are places that really try, but fall short. Unfortunately this is one of the latter. I didn't really understand the resort concept and mood at all. It is designed in a way to emulate adults only vibes but is a baby family magnet!! It is designed to be beautiful and calm but in reality it is a huge maze of houses and small corridors with lack of privacy everywhere (lucky you if you don't a random children strolling or lost inside your villa area..). I mean why is this even baby oriented? Lots of stairs, lots of walking, everything seems the same everywhere you turn, dark rooms, blistering dark restaurant area at night, a public road separating the beach...I could go on..
Oh the beach let me just say they try to have a beach club but is so cramped in the corner of the beach.. it just doesn't makes sense. The beach is average to poor for Crete standards too.
The outdoor gym.. if you put glass walls and AC maybe people will use it. At 30°C who will train there? The machines and equipment is top notch though.
At night there is no airy space to chill, only at the reception at the top of the hill with no ambiance at all. Everywhere else the air doesn't flow as everything is cluttered (better to choose a upper floor villa).
Ok.. now for the positives. Grounds and plants are really beautiful and well cared. Food was good and breakfast has a lot of variety. Staff polite but very heterogenous most of them rushing service, they feel short numbered at breakfast. Didn't like the breakfast receptionist communicating skills.
Rooms are big although not cosy and condition is average since there is some wood and walls damage. I mean grey color all around the walls and ceiling just gives a darker mood that is not so inviting.

Great value for money (not a luxurious room but good for what we paid) and we had a nice view from the balcony. The staff were nice. The location is good with some restaurants and shops nearby (e.g., pharmacy, grocery store).
This is an amazing brand new place off the beaten path with super friendly hosts. This is the first time in a long travel history that somebody asked me upfront if we would prefer a soft or a hard matrass on the bed :-) The rooms are impeccable very nicely decorated and all the amenities you need. A gas BBQ was provided without any extra costs. The views 360 degrees around and pool is superb. The location is easily accessible and only 20 minutes from the very nice city Chania.
Overall the stay was very good. The rooms were very comfortable and the showers were luxurious. For the price my two day stay was dream. The bathrobes were very nice. The wifi was excellent and the TV set up was also very good.

Fragkiskos was simply an outstanding host. He was extremely responsive and helpful. The villa is absolutely beautiful. It is fully-equipped, all in high standard. The pool is large and lovely, and so is the yard. An incredible place to stay for a family. This is undoubtably one of the best and most luxurious villas we've ever stayed in. It is located 15 minutes away from Chania's city center. There are plenty of beaches around - the closest being 10-20 minutes away. There's a minimarket in a walking distance from the villa.
Everything in order very clean friendly host they made us feel at home I travel a lot and this luxury apartment was really one of the best accommodation I stayed i highly recommend it especially for long stay holidays the sea it is so close to the apartment
The staff is exceptional, friendly and provide outstanding customer service. I had booked an day trip to elafonissis beach and the staff prepared a meal box ( with breakfast) for me to take , as I would have missed breakfast at the hotel.
The apartment was amazing. Loved the arrangement, the furniture, the luxury (Wi-FI, Smart TV with Netflix, tons of amenities), all brand new and clean. View of the small port from the terrace was wonderful too.
The host was gracious, very helpful, made us feel welcome and everything seemed perfect.
