The room is very spacious with all the furniture you would need and a kitchenette that did the job.
The pool is pretty cool and the view from the small terrace is lovely.
The complementary bottle of wine when we arrived was a nice touch.
Xanthi at reception was naturally friendly and incredibly helpful, from providing a great list of sight seeing suggestions to ordering food delivery for us.
Stelios, at breakfast, made us feel at home with his great sense of humour and impeccable serving skills.
The breakfast itself was very good with a good selection.
The hotel was really quiet (but we were at the very end of the season so it might not be true when in full season)

The most breathtaking views the best sunsets of Chania the staff went above and beyond expectations, breakfast was wow, we would like to mention Vasa Xrisa who were at the reception they were so kind and helpful throughout our stay even arranged a treatment for me with Maria the beauty therapist which is a must if you go to this hotel the treatments are exceptional especially by Maria also Zak Dimidris who delivered breakfast and was at the bar and a special mention to Georgia (yoryia) who was our cleaner she was amazing at cleaning our room and one occasion left us beautiful flowers in a glass for us it’s those little things you remember So thank you each and everyone of you at the Lagon hotel we will be back again outstanding service a must hotel whilst in Chania.

Great hotel very close to the sea, port and old town. Fantastic location. Nice rooms decorated in a modern way. In the room there was a coffee machine, capsules, tea etc. In the fridge water, cold drinks, wine which was included in the price of the room. Towels changed every day and what surprised us the most was that there were bathrobes. The hotel also has a fantastic spa. The hotel is clean, modern, and pleasant with great service. very polite and professional ladies at the reception in the bar and restaurant and wonderful cleaning ladies. Everyone did their job professionally and were very nice, which made our stay really wonderful.
Breakfast was delicious. Wide selection and everything tasty and fresh. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows!!!

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great choice for breakfast - the Cretan yoghurt was especially tasty (with honey, walnuts & cinnamon). Watching the sunset from the rooftop pool was memorable.

Everything was above and beyond amazing! Staff were more than exceptional, they exceeded every expectation and even offered us with a complimentary drink upon arrival.
The hotel was situated close to ALL amenities and had an amazing (i mean truly amazing) view from the balcony!

They often have a central location which makes exploring the main sights a breeze.
Banna was a fantastic concierge. Very warm and welcoming with lots of good tips and places to go. She brought up homemade food regularly which was a delicious treat. Any small issue was sorted immediately.
The VIP taxi from the airport was brilliant and hiring a car locally a few days into the holiday was so much easier and cheaper than an airport pick up.
Fantastic rooms with private access to a 30-meter long pool (Superior Studio). Cristal clear water. Very exclusive atmosphere. Other rooms have direct access to other pools but a bit less private. Five pools in total. Nice sea views although quite partial. Well located 50-meter away from a small square where you find a Mini-Market and 3 nice restaurants, one of them having live Greek dances on Thursday evening.

Lovely breakfast with plenty of options. Didn’t eat in the restaurant but the food did look nice. Within easy walk to Plaka square which has numerous restaurants and walkable to Almyrida, although would recommend a taxi back. All in all a brilliant property in a great location. Views were outstanding from the sea view rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful with anything we asked.
What’s not to like?? Leste is as advertised… LUXURY but at an affordable price.
The staff is amazing, welcoming & so helpful. The place was immaculately clean & it felt like being at home.
We arrived late & were welcomed with a smile & a bottle of wine. It’s the little things that make this place so special.
The view was outstanding myMum said it was like a postcard or something only seen in movies . Plenty of room for the family - cleaned mid way through stay and Michalis was a great host and n hand for us if we needed help.
