The staff are brilliant. The hotel design is classically modern with so many eye catching features. The chef who creates a wonderful breakfast is charming and continuously seeking perfection. The location is so quiet and within walking distance of everything.

Even in main building not much of a reception area. If you are like me and enjoy a beautiful lobby with staff then this is not the place for you. It has more of a condo hotel feel than a luxury suite.

This was a stopover for us en route to Athens. This hotel is absolutely superb, beautiful rooms with a balcony overlooking the main square, so well renovated, high ceiling and all mod cons. The two front of house personnel were outstanding, great communications in advance of our trip and super helpful at all times. Really well located to explore the town and for the port. This felt like a very sophisticated town by comparison to the remote Cyclades islands we had visited, loved it here. Proximity to the beach was a plus too.

The location is perfect, very central being right in the centre and opposite the town hall square. a short walk from the ferry terminal for those arriving by ferry.
Management were so friendly and helpful, Matthew gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants/cafes and all were fantastic.
Our experience at Syros Soul Luxury Suites was wonderful. We had our dog with us and were so touched by the gentle kindness she was shown by manager Matthew. Our room was immaculate, thanks to the lovely housekeeper, and the beds amazing.
