The converted school is a wonderful building. The beds were very comfortable, shower excellent and breakfast lovely. Our host shared some interesting snippets of local information. We were able to arrange a later-than-usual check-in, without difficulty.

They often have a central location which makes exploring the main sights a breeze.
Facilities and suite were amazing,
However the food was disappointing to say the least, chefs idea of 5 star food lacks in imagination style flavour and presentation .The hotel , staff , and location were fantastic, on arriving the general look was disappointing from the outside, but the welcome from managers and staff was like coming home .
We think the Wookey Hole Hotel offers really excellent value for money. The English breakfast is always cooked to perfection - the breakfast chef does an excellent poached egg. All the staff are friendly and helpful would highly recommend a stay here!
Views were outstanding and the location fantastic, this was are anniversary and could not picked a better place to spend it!!1
