Absolutely loved our stay. The apartments are gorgeous. We stayed in the Lyminton apartment. Stylish, cosy and so comfortable could of easily stayed for a week.
Staff is fantastic, so helpful, kind, and fun.

The accommodation was far better than I expected. We stayed in the Penthouse Suite, which had a huge terrace where we sat and looked out to sea. The queen sized bed was really comfortable. All rooms were of a high standard, top quality all the way. On the first morning we had a continental breakfast, which was brought to our suite and was the best one I have ever had - thanks Ellie :-) The other two days, we had breakfast in the restaurant, which was also excellent. You do have to book for an evening meal because they are always busy. All the staff were very friendly and polite. We were sorry to leave and will be back next year.

They often have a central location which makes exploring the main sights a breeze.
It is a very cozy apartment with everything one needs for a self-catering holiday. On arrival we found milk, juice and various biscuits, which was a nice touch. The location is superb in a quiet street only steps away from the Southbourne overcliffe promenade and a 5-7 minutes' walk to the Fisherman's Walk zigzag and a cliff lift.
I would definitely recommend it for a nice break in piece and quiet.
The location of the house is outstanding. Just a 1 minute walk to the beach and a pub.

The location is superb and the host was very hospitable, and kind to our dog. High quality appliances complement the tastefully decorated interior.
The unit was spotless and well equipped, offering both wi-fi and and an array of streaming services, as well as Sky on a large screen television.
Communication both before and after the stay was prompt and informative. The deposit was also swiftly returned in full on the day we left the property.
There was an immediate 'Wow" factor when you opened the apartment door. The rooms all had feature mood lighting which was brilliant. The rooms decoration was artistically done and welcoming. The artwork and luxury bedding made the apartment feel opulent.
Immaculate and quiet apartment, new contemporary furnishings throughout with all up to date equipment in the style of a boutique hotel. Very comfortable beds, luxury linens, shower gels. Multiple flat screen TVs. Dedicated off road parking. Good walking location to beach, restaurants, shops. Good long easy sea view walks. Managing agent phoned the day before to chat through booking which was a nice personal touch.
Quirky apartment. We loved the décor and the outdoor bath/ shower! Cleanliness was top quality. Everything was immaculate. Hosts are very easy to contact if required. Location is fairly close to the beach in Southbourne. We love the little touches, like chocolates, bottle of wine and a fridge magnet.
