The staff were very welcoming, friendly and personable. I asked Hannah (I hope it was Hannah, relatively new to post about 4 weeks) to show me around because I hadn’t stayed at the hotel before and she was extremely friendly and helpful, she rang me to let me know we could get entry to our room early and a very helpful man took our bags to our room. The breakfast dishing area was very nice

I have been staying and eating at the Old Parsonage since my college days, 30 years ago. The historic fabric of the building is a highlight. Decor, furnishings, bathrooms, bedlinen, are all outstanding—country-house casual without being frumpy. The rooms although small are superbly equipped and comfortable.
A superb house in a beautiful setting, away from the city but close enough for quick access to Oxford and the Cotswolds.
Communication and help from the hosts was outstanding. We were encouraged to feel at home, and provided with everything we could need
A beautiful country Inn with oodles of charm, picturesque historic surroundings, and friendly staff and patrons. The room was small but comfortable and well equipped. A great, spacious bathroom. Owner was extremely helpful when the TV developed a fault.
The food in the bar restaurant was outstanding. We had a roast the first night and Thai the second. Both superb.
While the Inn is not open for breakfast the room is supplied with fruit and snack bars. We would have loved to have stayed longer. Great historic church nearby.

I loved the comfortable bed and the chic decor of the room. It also smelled terrific and I liked the luxury bathroom products. We had dinner downstairs: my steak was cooked to perfection. The place was very upmarket and comfortable, with friendly staff: we felt at home here. They even stored a bag for us when we went to London on the train the next morning and we collected it the following lunchtime.
