Lovely house set in beautiful grounds. Fantastic breakfast, very clean room, friendly host who offered to provide a late breakfast the morning after we attended a wedding, super location with 2 very nice local pubs that serve excellent food. Wouldn't hesitate to go back if visiting the area again.

The staff went out of their way to make our stay special for our engagement. They upgraded our room and made us feel so very special. Service was just outstanding and the building and decor is beyond beautiful. We will definitely be back for our anniversary.

Outstanding breakfast and lovely helpful staff. Room was spacious and bathroom was clean with lovely soaps on offer. Compliment toiletries available too which is a huge bonus
This hotel is fabulous and excellent value for the cost. The room could not be faulted as everything was available from the hand and body wash and the same in the shower plus shampoo and conditioner.
The mirror in the bathroom was superb and situated in the right spot for putting on makeup!
Also the coffee and tea facilities were also welcoming after arriving late after a long flight.
They have obviously researched what hotel rooms require. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Absolutely fantastic front office staff at reception. Beth was wonderful and also another lady who was working on Monday morning when we left. Originally i was going to put down 1 star due to the issues i had with upgrading and cleanliness of the room. But this reached 5 stars with customer service from the Monday morning staff member (sorry can't remember her name)
Chef produced outstanding breakfast with usual full English esp black pudding good selection of teas convenient locale and courteous staff made our last stay in England memorable and stress-free. Highly recommend.

Lovely big beds with nice linen. Great to have bath and a shower. Shuttle service was outstanding - arrived quickly, very helpful and courteous driver on both journeys. Everything we needed was there for our stop before our flight. Good room service. Superb location.
