If I could give this an 11 I would. The room was super comfortable , private, quiet, spotless, great bed with an incredible bathing area. The owners were more than friendly;they made us feel welcome and genuinely cared. After several days when we needed to leave VERY early to travel Graham met us personally at 6 am to help us with our bags. Breakfast was served family style… this was a true inn. The area is just far enough from a small town to give the feeling of staying in a real Scottish estate. If you’re going to the Speyside area, this should be your first choice.

Our room, tbe Davies, was absolutely beautiful, in fact my wife remarked that it was up to Gleneagles' standard. The log burner in our room made it an even more perfect stay, as did the free-standing bath in the luxurious bathroom!

Great Location, close to the A96. The room was excellent. WiFi available. A lot of thought & attention given to how it was presented. The bed & pillows were very comfortable. Towels were top quality. Added touch of bottles of water & toiletries. We had a great breakfast & very helpful & friendly staff. The restaurant & bar was superb. The wooden bar top was a work of art.

The lodge has been situated perfectly giving you a great view all day and night. The hot tub was a huge hit for us. We spent every evening in there, enjoying the sounds of the wildlife and the clear evening skies. The lodge itself was spotless and had everything you need for a self-catering holiday. It's 5 stars from us and we can't wait to return.

Without a doubt 5 stars, everything was immaculate on arrival. We got lucky with beautiful weather during our stay so spent most of our time outside by the fire pits / barbeque. Even if the weather was abhorrent, we would have been fine as the inside of the huts is so well done everything seemed really thought out and had everything you needed. Finally, the scenery around the site was just beautiful and really well managed, definitely will stay here again next time I go up this way.
