Very comfortable place to stay with all the amenities needed and a great location! It was easy to get to via public transport and we had an enjoyable stay. Felt very luxurious with the furnishings and had all what we needed to make it feel homely.. Janet was lovely to deal with, very friendly and professional and answered any enquiries that I had. Highly recommended!!
The service was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble with staff going above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The bed was comfortable and the room was as clean as a pin. The buffet breakfast was superb. Would highly recommend and it will be our first choice for staying in the area again.

Staff were incredibly welcoming and accomodating. Provided with a free upgrade to the superior suite which was outstanding. Huge bed, luxury shower, tea and coffee making facilities, complimentary biscuits and fruit. Had a lovely relaxing evening. Bath was amazing. Absolutely no faults.
I like the staff they were really helpful and accommodated me really well. I like the room I was given because it looks like a luxury suite to me and it was very comfortable and cosy and it is close to the West and East Croydon station within a walking distance from each other and also the town centre. I really enjoyed my stay here.
