Felt like we was in our own home as just so comfortable everywhere . It was really luxurious and spotlessly clean. Bed was so soft and comfy ...we was in bed for 9pm .All staff were super nice and polite. Meals there were yummy.

Thank you for a very comfortable stay, fantastic hosts, great communication prior to my stay, I was allocated a very nice room, secure onsite parking was a huge bonus as I had my work van, amenities such as takeaways just a short walk away, lovely cooked breakfast too, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Post House.

The reception staff were amazing,the head chef was great .the young lady at the function room Dale's bar on the 3/8/24 night did an awesome job.

Room booked for two adults through Booking.com five days before arrival. Three days before arrival, I contacted the hotel directly by phone to upgrade the booking to include our grandaughter which was verbally confirmed. On arrival, at 11pm, the Duty Manager, Mark, had no information regarding the amendment, but checked our room could take a z-bed and with Steve sorted it out straight away. Five star review for Mark and Steve. We booked to include breakfast and the breakfast list did show three guests.
Stayed here before a lovely little place as it's a perfect location for when we go to the World Superbikes. Also some lovely pubs and restaurants within walking distance would definitely stay here again

The booking was part of a gift for my Mum & Dad, attending an event at the track and their feedback was very positive. They had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They said the staff were very friendly and dinner superb. They spoke highly of Craig Riley, exec chef and operator of the restaurant, who I understand was out of the kitchen and they ended up speaking at length, which they loved. No negatives reported, so thanks for delivering a great stay for them.
A beautiful room with a luxuriously large bath. We felt very pampered indeed. We look forward to coming back soon. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. It is important to them that the guests are happy. Superb !!
Top quality hotel and the staff at reception were outstandingly helpful. Can’t speak highly enough of the young lady who checked us in and dealt with us. Very professional and extremely pleasant with it. Masses of parking space to leave your car right outside the main entrance. The mini cab driver was an absolute gentleman as well.
Location was excellent but could have made better use of its location on the river.
Great choice of evening meals served up by a superb chef and his girlfriend.
