We had an originally booked to stay in a well-known chain hotel when we arrived. The room was covered in mould so we checked out and had to find somewhere to stay quick. We saw this property and booked it straightaway, the owner Hugo called us to let us know about parking and where to find the key. The room was ready for us to arrive and we arrived 30 minutes after booking the room. Check in and check out was so easy.
The property was so clean and smelt amazing! We loved that the TV had Disney so we could watch films, We had no issues staying here and will definitely be back.

The location is fantastic! The apartment is bright, very spacious and very calm. It is less than 5 minutes from everything: many restaurants and fast food, convenience stores, 2 groceries stores: Sainsbury's and Waitrose, many banks, a Boots pharmacy and numerous various stores. This also includes the train station which is a direct 25 minutes ride from King's Cross station! We will be back!

Located in a beautiful spot and a superbly charming building and excellent room that I stayed in. Lovely welcoming hosts and the cleanliness was exceptional. Totally recommended the b&b and would definitely stay again.
Very friendly staff and so nice to see them getting along with each other too. Very nice atmosphere. Was a bonus to get breakfast (self service toast, tea, coffee, juice, etc.). We had our 2 dogs with us and it was ideal. There is a huge field behind the hotel where the dogs can be let off lead. Reasonably priced cafe/bar next door (excellent chicken curry).
The receptionist were extremely welcoming and polite, very helpful, the room was a perfect size, clean and comfortable, it had everything I needed. And I could bring my dog which was perfect 🤗👍 5 star from me!
One of the best B&Bs I stayed in a long time. Beautifully and lovingly decorated, with tradition and modernity meeting in harmony. Amazing dining room and breakfast with outstanding choice, quality and quantity. The room was spacious and comfortable and quiet; a perfect night's sleep. Cindy was super helpful and hospitable, I am delighted to have found this and cannot recommend high enough.

I must say the staff were very nice though, and the restaurant right next to the hotel was outstanding.
Cindy, our host was very accommodating and welcoming when we arrived. We were given a choice of rooms and offered refreshments and asked if we needed supper.
The room was lovely and comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay a home from home.
Breakfast was cooked to perfection and exactly to the time requested.
Cindy was very friendly and courteous.
I recommend the Whitehouse for families or to individuals.

The standout for me were the staff at Redwings. Having travelled from Australia we were given a warm and supportive welcome. There was a lot of lighthearted banter and laughter in the hotel and all up the culture of support and care which the staff gave for free over and above the room service was outstanding. The onsite restaurant was also a great addition and again the staff there were superb. Special shout outs for Anne the manager, Arti and Paul who looked after us so well.
The service provided by Sara on the front desk was exceptional as she welcomed us after a long and busy day to easy all check in process
