Thank you for a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect. Gorgeous accommodation, just what was needed after a very long drive from North Wales. The suite had everything guests could possibly need and lovely little touches from the coffee pods to the robes. Outstanding cleanliness, quality of the furnishings and communication. I loved all the rooms in little cottages around the main building. We had a little sitting room as well as the bedroom and bathroom and it was very relaxing. The food was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. Great location too!

This is indeed a luxury yurt! It had everything we wanted and more. In particular, the bedding was super comfy!
We stayed for 7 nights during late May and used the hot tub for 6 of those and the braai for 5. We used the internal fire for 1 night when it was cooler (following rainy weather) and the yurt was toasty. The compost toilet was very beneficial; and the shared bathroom was always clean and had availability (even during half term holidays).
The site itself was beautiful and the camping community, including owners Gail and Amy, were lovely!
Great value for a longer stay and would absolutely return.

Truly outstanding accommodation. Wonderful location and view, with major hiking trails easily accessible on foot. Every detail of the finish and facilities has been carefully chosen. Plenty of towels and hot water. Well equipped kitchen. And some luxury touches: wine, chocolates etc. Very friendly and helpful hosts!
The room and overall location were superb. Top rate comfort and finish throughout. The size of the room was perfect with a very luxurious decor. The overall feel of the house and grounds were lovely and the character of Bagshaw Hall made for a perfect stay.
Fantastic big property, with a large living space and two big bedrooms, with a fabulous view- which is really value for money when there’s 4 guests staying! Host Sarah and Andrew were excellent, and provided 5 star hotel quality service! They offered warmed plates and cutlery for our dinner takeaway, and the breakfast as an optional order was 5 star hotel quality! Definitely must order breakfast!

I loved everything about this hotel. We arrived for Sunday lunch, one of the best Sunday lunches we have had in an hotel. Beautifully cooked, I was so pleased that the cauliflower and carrots were actually cooked to perfection. We have had so many meals let down by the chef thinking we like raw veg.
The bedroom was beautifully appointed as was the bathroom. Clean and decorated very well.
Beautiful room and hotel. Light, airy and beautifully furnished and decorated. We had a deluxe suite, liked that we had a coffee machine, comfy chairs, TV with free view channels and an exquisite bathroom. The whole place had a luxurious feel. I also liked that, as we were staying in a suite, we could check out at 11am.
The location was great, so tranquil & peaceful, the views are outstanding. Spacious accommodation, comfy beds and the owner was very friendly and helpful. Love all the chickens and cats.
Breakfast was fantastic food quality was exceptional and presentation was amazing five star hotel quality well done to the chef. We also had an evening meal at the hotel and which was outstanding.
We were welcomed by a generous hamper full of lovely food and a bottle of sparkling wine. The cottage was spacious, very clean, tidy and beautifully decorated. It was exceptionally well-equipped with all essential items and more. I especially loved all the luxurious bubbles and shampoos in the bathroom. We also enjoyed the boardgames and mah-jong.
The location was great with just a 10 minutes scenic drive from the town of Bakewell. The village itself was beautiful with outstanding views all around.
