We loved everything about this hotel. The service was excellent. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The added touch of letting us choose a preferred scent to be sprayed in our room was a nice and elegant touch upon check-in. Our room (Neroli Suite) was beautifully appointed and very spacious. It's probably one of the largest we've encountered in any stay we've had in Europe. Location was wonderful and very walkable to lots of restaurants and shopping. Will definitely stay here again when in Granada again!

I normally travel on Business but in this case I was travelling for a short break with my Wife. We really enjoyed the Property & the more than attentive Staff. In our room we received little Tapas & wine gifts daily, which was really appreciated. Most appreciated was the gifts of fresh bottles of water every evening when room service came to offer a turn down service. When the roof terrace bar gets its licence in June 2023, I would then further improve my rating to best rating available. We had an excellent & really enjoyable stay and will definitely recommend this Hotel & it’s Staff as well as our decision to stay here again in the future.

Amazing location, the plaza square is great with lots going on and easy access all around Granada. Beautifully decorated apartment with everything you could need. There’s a mini Carrefour supermarket 2 minutes’ walk away. Great communication and lots of extra information from the very friendly owner who was easily contactable by WhatsApp. We parked at HH. Maristas in Calle Carril del Picón which was around a 7 minute (easy) walk away. Great value. Highly recommend!
