It’s a luxury beachfront premises with great and welcoming staff , they were taking a good care of us during the entire stay.
We will definitely come back probably for the Christmas or New Year’s Eve . A big thanks for Mr Zakaria the general manager and the entire team of the hotel .
The Staff were amazing especially the staff in the kitchen and Mr Arafat has very friendly behavior and the Staff were very welcoming and made sure that the Guests need anything or not also the amenities and rooms were the best and the chefs prepared amazing Food for dinner
A very beautiful place to spend your holiday in, the whole staff of the hotel is so friendly and hospitable, especially the receptionist Mr. AHMAD FATHY, the food is excellent and the cheffs enjoy seeing you endulge their food, the housekeepers are thorough and eefficient.
Stuff were very nice and polite. Firstly from Mr.Mohamed on the reception and all other crew specifically in the restaurant.. Many Thanks for all of you guys especially for chef. Mohamed Ghareeb for the best mix penna White sauce ever and another special thanks to chef. Mohamed Taye3 for the most delicious cheesy omlette. Good bye dears 👌
Everything!! Starting from the reception staff who were extremely friendly, professional and helpful.
Rooms are wonderful with amazing view. Food quality is awesome with great variety and everything is so delicious. All chefs and restaurant staff do their best to make everyone completely satisfied.
Animation team added so much fun to our stay, they were so funny and friendly. Their programs were interesting every day.
I highly recommend this place and I would love to be there over and over again.
