We downloaded WhatsApp and contacted the cruise director Maher Aziz who is so kind and helpful. He and the all staff are extremely polite and everything is arranged perfectly! clean and organized and staff is very attentive. Organized tours were excellent and the tour guide Tamer and tour leader Ahmed were knowledgeable, accommodating and resourceful. Claudia was excellent and the food was clean and safe we all had a great time and no issues.
