The property was something really I can recommend. It has the best view of the pyramids especially in the morning just having your breakfast from the rooftop overlooking the pyramids is truly breathtaking. The staffs, reception manager and the owner are really friendly. Khalid the bar waiter is exceptional in his line of work. Islam the reception manager is Amazingly friendly and really looks after each and everything you might possibly need. Ahmed, the owner of the hotel is just wonderful and accommodating to even sits with you for hours just trying to entertain you with authentic Egyptian hospitality. The property is clean and the amenities are surprisingly good. Easily can be compared to a hotel like services. I really can't fault much about the experience with the property. It's highly and easy recommendable.

The owner Dr Wael, was very courteous. He checked that I found the location easily. As I was only there overnight, he pre booked the uber for me for an early flight. The location was perfect and the apartment is fully stocked for a longer stay. He ensured that I was OK for food and even went to the local shop for me.
