The service in this hotel is beyond amazing. They really go the extra mile. first, they upgraded our room because it was our last day in Egypt and I think they saw our faces of how exhausted we were. And second, we had issues with the Uber’s that were going to take us to the airport and they helped us solve it; to the point that one of them changed money for us so we could pay the Uber in cash. The location is also great because it’s right in front of the museum! Overall, amazing service and stay.
