Panacea suites hotel has everything you need for a great stay. Firstly I would like to thank Mr.Shady Elwy,the front desk manager. He has been very prompt, kind and generous. He made our stay pleasant. Always on his toes to assist us. We were offered a nice room with a balcony and pool view. The chef prepared customised delicacies for us. Overall it was a wonderful stay. Kudos to hotel staff
The breakfast and dinner are superb, very good food. The location is near Alexandria. The beach was okay. The pool was enjoyable.
The hotel was quiet and we enjoyed our time relaxing in front of the sea specially during the night.
- Location is great if you need to stay next to the airport. Otherwise, it's far from the rest of the city (that I can consider as something good, as the touristic part of Alexandria city is in shambles)
- Great value for the money, as this place is more like a resort
- Giant room, with 3 beds (a queen size bed and 2 single beds). The bedsheet was exceptional.
- Breakfast was superb.
The customer service was very good especially Ingy customer relations, restaurant and room service. The beach amazing so relaxing.
The location is superb the staff are really trying to improve the standards.
Alhamdulillah, I had a wonderful experience at the Hazem apartments. Owner of the apartment superb, so helpful & friendly were delightful and eager to help! Even he picked us from somewhere to Apartment & drop off to airport by own car driving. Thank you! Will recommend to all of my traveller friends.!
First of all, the hotel picks up the airport for free, and you can also rent or have a guide who drives a car to travel to the city center with you !!which is very convenient and comfortable, and the interior of the hotel is very luxurious, with a swimming pool, breakfast, gym, and equipment, and the service staff are also very friendly and happy! Even more friendly than I think and they will make you feel that you are the king !!
