Free parking near the door; very easy. Nadia the owner was very friendly and helpful. We wanted to go to Hasselt and she took us to our festival.

    Large room with large bathroom and excellent king size bed (Deluxe Room). Ample parking space (paid) right under the hotel. In the city center of Genk close to shops and restaurants. Quiet and peaceful, even at a busy road/train station and on a saturday night.

    The staff was outstanding, very helpful and friendly! Location was practical with Shopping 1-3 right across the street etc Nice view of the « Molenvijver » pond at breakfast Room on the street-side yet very quiet at night even as we slept with the window open!

    From the friendly and helpful guy who checked us in and all the staffs. They are heplful, kind, approachable, and even did extra miles like the other guy who sent the food in our room. It wasn't his job bit he did it. The fine lady who let us borrowed utensils. Room is tidy, bedsheets and towels are clean. Breakfast is superb! We will definitely come back here when we visit Genk again!

    It was super cozy, yet it didn’t feel old. I loved the overall vibe of the hotel. The included breakfast is absolutely AMAZING. It felt so luxurious and I honestly want to come back to Genk just to enjoy another stay there, even if I don’t have to be in the city.
