The hotel exceeded all expectations with its exceptional service and amenities. The highlight was undoubtedly the terrace room balcony, offering breathtaking views of the pristine snowscape, and capturing the sunset. Furthermore, the staff went above and beyond, providing attentive and helpful assistance throughout our stay, making it truly memorable.

This is a very comfortable place to stay at Thredbo. Quick walk to the main ski lifts, shops and restaurants. Level entry with the car space right by the door. Excellent views of the mountain. Loved the sauna and open fireplace. Well laid out with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so each room has their own bathroom. Great water pressure in the shower. The code locked door made it easy for everyone to come and go. Heated floors in the bathroom and kitchen were an added luxury.

The Lodge is in a wonderful location in the heart of Thredbo. The rooms are spacious , clean and comfortable with magnificent views of the mountain leading up to Thredbo Top Station and the staff that we met , Annie , Harvey and Sybil went out of their way to make us feel like valued guests. Also the in house restaurant was outstanding with the chef and waitstaff providing us with an excellent meal .

Felt like 5 star service. Angie was wonderful and truly cared about the comfort of our stay. - she went above and beyond. This isn’t a five star place but it has everything one needs and is clean. Steaming hot shower, great location, stunning view, plentiful breakfast. Highly recommend.
