Karen and Shane as well as all staff were exceptional! Made it a great experience for us and will definitely be back. The lodge was in a great location at the bottom of the slopes with easy access to blue cow as well as front valley, pretty valley, etc.
Food was outstanding and the wine list was extensive.
The lodge has a fire place in the main lounge room as well as a sauna and pool table downstairs so always something to do
The food and catering were excellent. The breakfast, especially the cooked breakfast was excellent for us - bacon, eggs, mushroom, tomato, baked beans, hash brown - traditional ski breakfast. The breakfast buffet was also very good with lovely pastries as well as toast and cereal & beverages.
The dinners were excellent and varied. The menu and food quality were superb.
Location, location. location. Absolute luxury to ski-in ski-out in Perisher
The staff was also super friendly and helpful!!
The food was great
To be honest, I was skeptical about having a quality hotel in Perisher and I was proven wrong. I will have no hesitation going back there during the ski season.
Breakfast was ok, maybe a bit more variety and stock. Staff were great.... obviously some teething problems with the beginning of the season but still service with a smile and nothing too much problem. Hotel was comfortable and excellent location. Would def stay there again however you are paying for the location more than the luxury so be aware that even though you pay to stay there do not expect 5 star luxury. Dinner menu was excellent.... far exceeded our expectations. Every meal was great.
