The host Shannon reached out in advance and gave very clear instructions on what to do upon arrival. She was extremely helpful and friendly and answered any questions I had promptly. Thank you for the complimentary prosecco and sorting out the Netflix connectivity issue so quickly when I brought it up! The property was extremely clean and beautiful, even better than the photos. Facilities were excellent as well! Location of plugpoints were also well thought out and convenient. I enjoyed my stay very much and would love to stay again if I were to visit Coffs Harbour in the future!

It’s fairly close to town for a resort and the location just on Diggers beach is superb. The deluxe spa suite is quite roomy with both air con and fans. Beds were firm but comfortable. Plenty of secure parking and facilities including pools and tennis courts. We stayed outside of holiday season, midweek, so it was fairly quiet and the guests were not very rowdy.

5 STARS Would stay again. Great motel. The staff are friendly. Rooms are spotless. There is also plenty of room for parking. No restrictions for higher longer 4x4s. We have had this issue with other motels. We also received a free upgrade to a King room. Aweaome

This a top quality home with excellent furnishings, fittings and appliances which far exceeded our expectations. It was a pleasure to stay in such luxurious accommodation which helped when it rained. Shannon was very helpful with suggestions but was also mindful of our privacy. Cannot speak highly enough of this property and will definitely stay again.

It wasn't 5 star accommodation but in saying that I would give it 5 stars for being comfortable and the little extras as biscuits and a community kitchen close by for everyone to use was a real bonus.

Never stayed at big 4 before( first time) . We are big fans now. We usually stayed at more high end places. And yet my kids thinks this is the second best place she has ever stayed in her life in the world. ( top one on her list is an overseas luxury hotel $1500+/ night with butler) Jumping pillow, mini golf…. Simple things made them happy. Had my (very bad ) cooking using the kitchen provided instead of eating out also made them happy. Staffs are friendly. This place provides wonderful memories for us. Thank you!

The amazing view to the ocean. Parking was right out the front. The communication from the owner was 5 stars. We got caught with the freeway blocked and they could not have been so accommodating. Very appreciative of their customer service.

We traveled from Melbourne to Brisbane a couple of months ago staying at several locations on the way and return. This was by far the best Motel we stayed in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and the beds comfy. One of the things that seem to let motels down is the cleanliness of their Air Conditioners. This was not the case for this Place. 5 Stars!

We enjoyed a lovely evening meal in the dining room and the food was superb. We were also very impressed with the buffet breakfast and the pleasant manner of the wait staff. Having been to Aanuka Resort 10years ago it was pleasant to again revisit the outstanding setting of the beach and the palm trees around the cabins and pools
