I had a fantastic experience at this hotel in Ksamil! The room was exactly as described on Booking -clean, modern, and well-maintained, with everything in perfect order. The photos online truly reflected the reality, which was such a pleasant surprise.
What really made this stay exceptional was the staff. Not only were they incredibly friendly and helpful, but they were also constantly cleaning the facility, ensuring everything was spotless and well-organized throughout our stay. On top of that, the breakfast each morning was a highlight, with different delicious options every day.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The combination of great accommodation, outstanding service, and a fantastic breakfast made for a perfect stay!

Whilst not close to the beach (10 mins walk), the hotel was a good example of the type of new build, high standard finish that you see a lot in Ksmail. The breakfast buffet was extensive - sadly we were limited in choice as we are vegans. But the kitchen prepared us a lovely alternative option every day which we really appreciated.

Easy acces with lot of parking space. The rooms are very big and clean and they clean and change the towels every day.
The place is run by a family and they are always available for help.

Amazing location, beautifully clean pool with sun loungers. Walking distance to the nearby beaches. Possibly the best shower I have ever had! Comfy beds, fast WiFi, delicious breakfast! The hotel is supposed to be 4 or 5 stars. The rooms don't even have a wastebin on the room. There is only a small one the in the bathroom. The hotel floor was not clean, hair and dirt. There was not water for 2 or 3 hours every day we spend there. The TV doesn't have Netflix. I was in another hotel on the same area, the name is "Luxury hotel" the price was lower and the hotel way way better. The breakfast is good tough
Great hotel, very spacious room. We had a penthouse apartment, and we were shocked by the size of our balcony( I think it was bigger than apartment itself) :)
The bed was super comfy, the bathroom was very clean and modern.
Breakfast was also really nice, I mean it’s not 5* luxury hotel, so don’t expect tonns of choises, but I think for the price they ask, it is very, very nice!!

The attention and service from the manager and employees was outstanding! We had dinner both nights at the hotel restaurant, and the mexican inspired sea bass, chicken and octopus was undescribable delicious. The sea view from our rooms was very nice, and here it was also more quiet than the beach hotels, although the beach was only 5 minutes walk from Murati. And least but not last – it was a big plus for us that the hotel accept dogs. Thank you so much! We will be back.
The villa’s hosts was a couple. Both of them were extremely helpful. They recommended us places where to go, what to discover, they gave us their whatsapp number so we could keep in touch anytime we needed something. Marios, one of the hosts who’s a chef, made the absolutely 5 star breakfasts every morning. You could choose 2 from 12 different options for only 15 euros for 2 people. Rooms were well equipped, clean and tidy. Villa was 5 min by walk from the beach.

2nd place goes to - Most clean hotel we ever stayed (it beat's some 5 stars hotel that we stayed)
(daily in the room towels, sheets and so on were changed/cleaned/parfumed..)
3rd place goes to - Hotel location ( close to everething that Ksamil has to offer)
- Bora Bora beach - 3-4 min walk, many taverns and shops

We had such an amazing time here! We fell in love not only with ksamil, but this 10/10 hotel along with the staff and the amazing owners !
The hotel and restaurant were clearly designed with its customers in mind! The facilities were extremely clean and comfortable and the food was superb!
