Great complimentary beverages, such as hand ground coffee, machine coffee, herbal/black/green tea, instant soup, soft drinks, liquor, wine. 24/7 snacks (tiny pieces of cake, tiny brioche, tiny croissant). You can make cheese and onion toasties for breakfast. The bed is comfy enough but a bit hard for my taste. Kinda similar to a futon on tatami. The large double bed also feels a little small for two average Europeans, but it’s ok if u like to cuddle.

Crazy value for the price. The room is equipped with a lot of stuff, a great bathroom, and the reception also provides beverages. The room is two minutes by feet from the closest subway station. I was there with a friend and we spent the night enjoying the room and watching a movie, and then having a relaxing bath, it was great. I don't even understand how this place can charge so little for such a room (less than 70 euros for the night). The ladies at the reception were really kind and welcoming.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. We were able to drop our luggage off before check-in and explore the city hands-free. Very close to the Tokyo Skytree and the train station. Our room was great, very clean and lots of spa stuff available too! It was a very quiet and relaxing place.

Initially, i booked a one night stay at the hotel, but due to unforseen circumstances, i asked if it was possible to extend my stay. The hotel staff were very kind, and although there was an issue due to the language barrier, they tried their best to assist me with everything. They were absolutely wonderful! As for the room itself: it was spacious and comfortable. The bed was very soft, and the bathroom was fully equipped with skin care products, which was a lovely bonus! Breakfast was served on time and was delicious.
