Our stay was perfect, from the friendly greeting by our host John to our lovely room with views of the amazing gardens. Breakfast served in the elegant dining room with fresh coffee, fruits, toast and other delicious treats. There is a comfortable lounge with a balcony overlooking the gardens where you can relax after a long day exploring this amazing island.

The location and the price. The hosts where great I,ve stayed here about 10 years ago(different owners then) The weather was nice &sunny close to the beach &town. I finally made here as i had to cancel my trip here in august at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstancies.

We stayed in one of the Stable Cottages. Our Stable Cottage was the ideal retreat. It was in an idyllic location very close to the beach. It was extremely quiet and peaceful down a country lane. Nigel's detailed instructions made it easy to find the cottage. The cottage was very well equipped and lacked nothing in the way of facilities. The bed was extremely comfortable.There were plenty of towels provided. We liked the wet room instead of a traditional bathroom. The milk and eggs left in the fridge for us were a nice touch. Nigel was a very attentive host and keen to make sure all his guests were happy. We felt welcome.

This holiday was for our daughter and two children visiting us at our Isle of Wight home. The Aparthotel was very well situated near our apartment. It was spacious for a group of three and very well appointed, particularly the kitchen. It had been immaculately prepared and provisioned. Access to the indoor facilities at the sister hotel, Luccombe Hall, was an unexpected bonus, particularly as the weather wasn’t at its best!
The hotel's location is not only convenient but also centrally situated, offering easy access to numerous restaurants and pubs, all within a mere 5-minute walk. The breakfast provided by the hotel is truly exceptional, surpassing expectations for budget accommodations and standing out as one of the best I've experienced. Additionally, the staff members are exceedingly pleasant and accommodating, further enhancing the overall guest experience.
This is the nicest accommodation we have stayed in. The decor and finishing touches were amazing. Great location as well for walking into Shanklin Town and Old Village. The host was very good at communicating with us prior and during our stay. I would highly recommend this apartment to others. The boutique gift shop downstairs is lovely and worth a visit, very friendly staff in there.
The apartment was small but perfectly designed and fully equipped for 3 of us for the weekend. The hosts left tea; coffee; milk; biscuits and crisps - a very thoughtful and much appreciated touch. Within walking distance to seafront. The other bonus was being able to use the pool and facilities of a sister hotel.
Hotel is set in a great location overlooking the sea. Staff were lovely and friendly and accommodation clean and comfortable.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this beautifully designed hotel. My apartment (no 1) was lovely. Nicely decorated, spotless and clean. The host, Christine, was very friendly and welcoming. The room has a sofa bed which is very comfortable. Though it is self catering, there is milk, eggs, tea, coffee, croissants and more, included. It is very good value for money and I can warmly recommend a stay here.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the incredible location, impeccable cleanliness, and the thoughtful attention to detail that ensured a perfect self-catering vacation.
This is an exceptional hotel. Not only is the accommodation top class but they have gone beyond with small luxuries that make it so special. Treats in the room , fresh milk, dressing gowns , honesty bar , chocolates … and more. Mark and Gail are perfect hosts.
