At the lodge you will find a restaurant serving African, local and South African cuisine. Vegetarian, dairy-free and halal options can also be requested. Just an incredible hotel, I didn't want to leave. The quality of the rooms is amazing (I stayed in a room off the train and inside it was actually even better than the carriages - only missed out on the view and novelty). Food was also fantastic and service very friendly. The pool/bar area is a breathtaking place with constant hippo views while we were there and fantastic bar service. The best thing was the game drives - Sizwe was the best, charismatic and took time to show us stuff he knew we'd be interested in.
