Kapama River Lodges offer a range of air-conditioned suites all stylishly furnished and set against the backdrop of the Drakensberg Mountains. Africa on Foot is located in Klaserie Private Nature Reserve. The rustic-style camp features thatched chalet accommodation, a bar and a viewing deck with splash pool and sun loungers.

The chalets are equipped with a clothing rack, solar powered lamps, mosquito nets and en-suite bathroom with outdoor shower. Water at the camp is gas-heated. Food was delicious, staff were warm friendly and informative

Mbizi Bush Lodge serves a 3-course dinner and a full breakfast. Guests can relax on the terrace. Other facilities offered at the property include a shared lounge. The property offers free parking. Exactly what you see from the pictures, and we met elephants coming to drink water at the pool. We like everything here at Mbizi, especially the incredibly good food.

The tented chalets situated within the main lodge area come with a deck and a seating area. Certain chalets are equipped with a bath, shower and free toiletries, while one chalet, known as chiDanga, is equipped with an en suite shower which opens onto the deck. The hospitality at Muweti Bush Lodge is above the ordinary! The owners Mike & Laura and also our guide Hardus warmly welcomed us and allowed us to spend two days with great meals, interesting talks and new adventures.

Pondoro has three architecturally designed chalets overlooking the Olifants River. Each chalet has been beautifully decorated with an African theme. All chalets have en-suite bathrooms (with a shower and bath overlooking the river), lounge area, air-conditioning, mosquito nets and a wooden deck. Our stay was absolutely perfect. Everything - starting from smiling Licia when we just arrived and every time we came back from drives. Marius and Eric who guided us and found amazing animal encounters, the food and drinks, Sindy our maid who made the room beautifully every time we left… Everything.
