The nearest airport is Kiruna, 17 km from Camp Caroli, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. I liked absolutely everything. Great experience of escaping from the city and being among nature. Stefan is a great host! We also took a snowmobile tour and enjoyed winter activities. Also, from the house along the lake you can walk in an hour to the ice hotel, and along the way you can enjoy the snow, mountains, forest and beautiful views. I hope that we will return to Camp Caroli once again to see the northern lights again and live this experience away from the city alone with nature.

Set in Piteå, 8.9 km from Piteå Bus Station, Northern Lodges Mountain Lodge offers accommodation with a terrace, free WiFi and a concierge service. The property features mountain and river views, and is 13 km from Piteå Golf Club. Staying at the lodge was a great experience. Both Joakim and Marten are very nice and at hand for any support. The sauna was the cherry on the cake and a great experience to heat it yourself, get warm water for showering from it etc.

The lodge provides guests with a terrace, mountain views, a seating area, a TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and a dishwasher, and a private bathroom with shower and a hairdryer. For added convenience, the property can provide towels and bed linen for an extra charge. It was a beautiful cottage with all we needed. Beatrice and Erik was very friendly! All was perfekt, we will come back ! thankfully for these great time in Sweden.

Offering rooms with a lake view and modern furnishings, this property is 22 km from Kiruna and 35 minutes’ drive from Nikkaluokta. It features a cosy, bookable restaurant cabin with a personal chef. WiFi and parking are free. The host, Johan, was really nice and hospitable and the location itself was lovely as it was remote and allowed us to gaze up at the aurora without light pollution getting in the way. Unfortunately I believe those were the only two reasons I was not entirely disappointed with my choice.

The shared shower facilities are located in the sauna and relaxation area, 30 metres from the cottages. It was beyond amazing. The staff were very nice, helpful and friendly. The place is so cozy and warm, welcoming place. The room was on the smaller side but it was large enough. The breakfasts were amazing and very diverse I totally loved it here, I recommend it to everyone and I'm hopeful that we will come back soon
