We loved everything, spent 10 days on top of the mountains, quiet, isolated, lovely views, loved the barbeque and Skippy the dog. Been there with my family (parents, sisters, their partners, my son and my other half) and we will definitely come back. We loved the fact that we were able to rent the whole cabin which is well equipped and has a self contained one bedroom apartment at the top. Plenty of room to accommodate easily 12 people. Last day we got to meet the owners which were very welcoming and brought us home made blueberry and cranberry liquor, can't wait to taste them. My son fell in love with the beautiful stray dog that was at the cabin (Skippy) and he's now getting ready to move to England to live with my son and his partner. The owners were very helpful and I will recommend to anyone who'd like a nice quiet time with the family to take everyone and go to Mara in Mărișel, you'll not regret it. Would like to say a big thank you to the owners for everything.

Offering a sun terrace and views of the mountain,The Wooden House is situated at the entrance of the Aries Valley in a picturesque area, 5 km away from the Cheile Turzii Nature Reserve, 13 km Turda Salt and 8 km Remetea village. Free private parking is available on site. Very nice, calm environment, good facilities. We really enjoyed our stay.
