We really appreciated the small extra touches that make a big difference, like the free hat for guests, the cozy library in the kitchen that felt like a piece of my own home, and having drinking water available in the room. I couldn't believe the kitchen staff remembered exactly which fruits I wanted on my oatmeal after having asked for it once. Truly impeccable service and attention to detail. Will come back a hundred times.

The property is very sustainable providing its own electricity with solar panels. It is situated within palm trees which are providing great shade and is home to many birds and raccoons. on the beach, there is plenty of sunbeds and shade. I couldn't recommend this place more and would definitely stay there again if returning to Tulum.
