Booking through booking.com very easy but, sending a code for key box to the lodge so self check in is easy ,would help if the number of the lodge we were allocated would help ,I had to ring Rwst holiday lodges to find this out if I hadn't would have not been able to get into the lodge that evening!!
Loved the lodges very cosy home from home
Lodges we’re spacious, warm and clean. Free parking
Friendly staff...good facilities - especially the small but extensive spa - ample parking and comfy lodges.
Great location, friendly staff, had our evening meal in the pub area and it was fantastic, great breakfast. We stayed in one of the outside lodges and room was really warm. Also had use of the spa facilities. Really good place to stay.
Love the quietness of the lodges so comfortable and clean
Staff were very friendly. Great spa and the lodges were lovely and clean. Restaurant was lovely - Laura was amazing. Breakfast was great.
Well kept and nicely laid out mix of main building and ‘motel’ style lodges. Breakfast was good with great service. Lodge room was large and has a lovely patio to sit out on. Found us an alternative to our originally allocated room - actually an upgrade. Extensive use of PV solar panels to aid sustainability- though they probably rarely achieve full potential in Betws-Y-Coed! 😎
We were made very welcomed, swimming pool was very nice and very friendly staff at the pool. We eat at the hotel twice and found the food very good. Lodges clean and tidy.
Location and lodges plus plenty of car park. Good breakfast
