Situated within the Snowdonia National Park, Plasglasgwm is an historic Welsh farm nestling in the Glasgwm valley above the village of Penmachno. Dating back to 1573, Plasglasgwm offers unique accommodation in converted farm buildings and barns in a courtyard setting. historic farmland with amazing accommodations- ours was a former pigsty! the room was spacious and gorgeous. the huge property is very scenic with sheep, cows, and horses. Tamz the owner and our host, was wonderful in every way and so comfortable to spend time with. The final road to get here is a slow one car width road, so just take your time for the last mile or so. You will love it here, and breakfast is excellent too! To Tamz: thank you so much for having us!!!!

The hotel was in a fantastic location for accessing Snowden, and what made it even more pleasurable was that we could park directly outside of our lodges before an early start in the AM. Given the early start, we anticipated that we wouldn’t be able to access the breakfast, but the hotel laid on lunches that we could have from 4am which was a huge, and well received surprise. A great spot, would thoroughly recommend.
2nd time staying in the lodges and both times a cosy, comfortable stay with great breakfast included and friendly staff
The hotel is only a mile from the village. Good breakfast and a choice for dinner. Leisure centre looks good but didn't try it this time. We stayed in the lodges, which were at the back of the hotel and quieter.
Lovely hotel in a very convenient location. We had one of the lodges at the back of the hotel. We made use of the pool and had lovely breakfasts while there. The accommodation was nice, stylish and comfortable. Just what you need after a good day's hike.
