The property has an outdoor pool, a mini market on site and a games room with a ping pong table. I loved the location of this property on the river & close to San Rafael. Breakfast included was a benefit. Also, if we would have been staying longer - the option for a kitchenette was a bonus.

American breakfast is included. It was even better than the photos indicated. Very large rooms that were cosy in the colder weather. The staff were really lovely. It was a nice quiet location for a few days get away in the vineyards. We did a bike tour one day and drove the car to wineries further south on the second. Perfect time away!

Piuquenes Lodge is a wonderful stay at Vale de Uco. The lodges are clean and comfortable, and super close to many of the best bodegas in the region. The bed is comfortable, the living room spacious, and the shower nice and hot. The hosts, Guadalupe and her sister, are very friendly and caring hosts. At night, be ready to enjoy some starry skies and a peaceful silence.

The surroundings of the lodge gives ample possibility to stroll through vines and fruit trees: In direction one can walk for at least 30 minutes. While it can get hot in the summer there is often shade to be found. The rooms are very clean, spacious and well decorated. The small outside tub for each individual room, compensates for the missing swimming pool.
