This place is incredible. The hotel is situated in the heart of pu luong and is very peaceful, it feels like you have the whole area to yourself. (Note: We found it very easy to get to from Hanoi using a private transfer which was arranged by our hotel. After Pu Luong we travelled to Ninh Binh which was also very easy to arrange.) When checked in at Luna and had been upgraded for free. The views from our room were perfect. There were no issues with bugs or dirt in our room. The manager was very helpful at arranging a tour and a driver for us. We went for "route 2" and it was great, the best day of our Vietnam trip so far. The food was great and all meals were cooked fresh. Overall the stay was very peaceful and relaxing and with lots to do for those who want some adventure. Would love to come to back.

Amazing site. A mix of rice field and mountain. Fireflies when lights our out. Beautiful natural surroundings. A genuine ecolodge made of bamboo and second hand wood. An exceptional experience in this part of Vietnam (we wanted to avoid touristic places). Special thanks to the staff for being so attentive to our needs at the reception, to the cook (the food was exceptional), and to Lua the manager for everything else ♥️.

Very beautiful scenery. The staffs are very helpful and tried to accommodate us a lot. The room was big and clean, very nice bathroom and beautiful view from the balcony. The pool is very nice and clean. Worth the price.

This is one of the best places we have ever stayed. Not because it’s in the best location and offer all the bells and whistles that other places do, but the place and the people who are running it make it a whole. You will feel like you were greeted in to another home of yours. They are always there to help you in need, not because they have to but they would want to. We loved their food. They have a great cook in their kitchen and he has nice tricks up his sleeves. Amazing family, amazing place. If we ever go to Pu Luong again this is would be the place we would stay. Thanks guys for making it a home for us for and keep up the good work.

Wonderful traditional Thai Hut in the middle of the rice paddies, wonderful experience if you want to really be in the authentic area of Pu Leoung ...it is not at the top of the range so you do have to travel down into the village to experience the location. It is incredible to see the areas where there is a real Thai settlement amongst the Vietnamese. The hosts were wonderful, even provided a personalised tour!!! I did the spa deluxe which was wonderful to wake up in the morning to the mist and the quietness of the area. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a unique and really authentic experience that is not crowded with tourists!!!!
