Ideal for nature lovers looking for a self-sufficient getaway, lodges are fully furnished and have kitchen facilities. Usually made of wood and surrounded by forests or mountains, lodges can be part of a group or a single unit. More remote than vacation homes, lodges are popular for safari trips.
Room was fairly clean, bathroom corners could use an extra cleaning on occasion. Bed was comfortable. Great value for the price. Breakfast was pretty standard. Not bad, just could use a change once in a while, exactly the same for 4 straight days.
Staff was a little mono-tone. No smiles. but also no issues. Overall above average for the price and location I needed for a conference at Great Wolf Lodge down the street. But could so easily be well above average with some minor improvements.

the breakfast was delicious & the beds were so comfortable!! perfect location for good shopping!! only minutes from great wolf lodge which we was in town for from WV.
Facilities were clean and well managed. The staff was mostly helpful. With the pool and games like shuffleboard on site staying at just the resort would be great. We were early in the season so menu options at the lodge were limited but the food was great. The cabins had nice showers and good ac.
Perfect location near Kings Island and Great Wolf Lodge! Shopping and restaurants are also close by. Easy check-in & out. The room was clean. Pool was small but our kids loved it! Basic breakfast provided. Hotel employees were all helpful with anything we needed. Overall great stay!
Room was a nice size, pool was great, close to places to eat, breakfast was closed due to COVID but there is a waffle house across the street. There is a great Asian restaurant right next door. A few minutes from Great Wolf Lodge.
A throwback motor lodge, run by an experienced family. Very comfortable rooms, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Breakfast in a victorian-like house setting. We always stay here when in the area. We will be back.
