Cosy cabin in a stunning setting. Large outdoor tub that stayed warm for ages. Very private and tranquil. We had perfect weather for star gazing and beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Would happily stay again.

Great location at the bottom of Lake Pukaki with awesome view onto Mt. Cook. The property provides super service and is completely off-grid and self sustained. Food was awesome. We loved the star gazing - well educated, super comfy and we saw galaxies with our plain eye.
Ideal for nature-lovers looking for a self-sufficient getaway, lodges are fully furnished and self-catered. Usually made of wood and surrounded by forests or mountains, lodges can be part of a group or a single unit. More remote than holiday homes, lodges are popular for safari trips.
*Easy check in
*Super friendly host - she lives near by! gave up a useful tip about local restaurants and also tips about the hooker valley trial.
*Very modern lodge
*Very clean room
*Heating was on when we got there on a pretty chilly night.
Exceptional. Great location. Great room, very clean and well presented. Everything considered by Mel and Mark. Very friendly hosts and easy to get on with. Great breakfast and lovely genuine warmth to the welcome and in the lodge. Would definitely return and would stay longer. No complaints at all
Wonderful stay at Pukaki Air Lodge. Very comfortable and great views from every window.
Well equipped to a very high standard, spotlessly clean everywhere. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Mary gave us a warm welcome and was so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend the Air Lodge to anyone.
The lodge was absolutely incredible to stay in! Amazing views out of our room of the duck pond and the mountains in the background. Our room was spacious and well equipped, with an amazing spa bath in the bathroom. Mel was the most amazing host and made us feel so welcome, and went out of her way to help - including dinner recommendations and ten serving us breakfast earlier than scheduled due to an early start. We wish we could have stayed for longer than our 1 night!
Everything was absolutely fantastic! It could not have been better. The host was so friendly and helpful (by phone) and we had the place entirely to ourselves.
She's an amazing "can do" woman and was very hands-on in the build of the lodge. Amazing!
Lovely location. Very cute 3-bedroom little ski lodge, which seems to be quite new. It was a delight. Nice big bathroom, washing machine, great verandah and big fully functional kitchen with all the equipment needed to cook a meal and clean up afterwards (yes there is a dishwasher).
