Ideal for nature-lovers looking for a self-sufficient getaway, lodges are fully furnished and self-catered. Usually made of wood and surrounded by forests or mountains, lodges can be part of a group or a single unit. More remote than holiday homes, lodges are popular for safari trips.
The location is in an excelent spot if you want to be way from the busyness of people/city.
The only down side is that there is no viable options of transportion besides bicycle or own car.
Also, the staff brings you breakfast to your lodge which is a nice touch.
Lodges are nicely designed, spacious and well built, they strike the right balance between luxury and coziness. The layout of the park is very nice, with not too many lodges cramped together. Staff super friendly and helpful. E-bikes were great.
The lodge was minimalistic and beautifully decorated, the surrounding area was really quiet and we really enjoyed our stay! The lodge was really clean, the bed was big and comfortable and the feeling of waking up to the sounds of nature is the best. The hosts were great too, really kind and accommodating.
Definitely recommended and we will book again for a summer getaway!
What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. A really wonderful and cosy lodge. Breakfast is brought to the lodge each morning, which is wonderful.
Very peaceful forest stay, very friendly staff and hosts. A lovely lodge with modern yet cosy finishings. Great breakfast delivered to the door. It was really nice to have a few lodges next to each other for other members of our family to stay too
