The staff members are extremely helpful.
It also appears that they were really taking suggestions into account by adding things that were suggested by previous guests eg curtain etc.

The place is located perfectly for having some nice quiet days in the middle of nowhere. A lot of hamocs, private rooms, really nice view from the balcony. Located right on the start of the madera hike which was comfortable and not very far away from balgue.
The bathrooms weren't very clean, at least didn't feel like it. The kitchen also weren't well equipped.
Other than that, great.

Good location and a unique place to stay - an easy walk down into Santa Cruz and not busy with other guests. The owner was helpful in providing transport across the island and hooking us up with local guides etc. The lodges are spacious and the outside area with chairs and hammock was nice to relax in after a day of hiking! We didn't eat breakfast at the location because we were always up and out too early so found local places to eat instead.
Ideal for nature-lovers looking for a self-sufficient getaway, lodges are fully furnished and self-catered. Usually made of wood and surrounded by forests or mountains, lodges can be part of a group or a single unit. More remote than holiday homes, lodges are popular for safari trips.
The lodges are beautifully located and you can see many birds and even monkeys. Miguel was very helpful in organizing all kinds of tours and always available on whatsapp. The Kayaking was great as was the horseriding and the hiking to Maderas.
The property is a true eco lodge- it runs on solar power, has filtered water, compost toilets and is built with sustainable and local materials. However there is hot water, fans for your room and is overall comfortable. The staff was so kind and attentive. Our bungalow had a great view of the volcano and valley and the grounds on the property are wild and beautiful.

10/10 !! Miguel the lodge manager is so helpful, very accommodating and gave great advice. Great location for the volcano hike, some local restaurants 10/15 minutes away. The lodge was fabulous! Had everything we needed and eco means eco which was super refreshing.
The place was quiet and beautiful. The host, Miguel was so kind and very helpful before we even arrive! Breakfast was tasty. We enjoyed our stay in Finca del Sol!
This Ecolodge is offering a tour around the place and can also introduce you to the kids of the elementary school they are currently supporting. We love the idea but unfortunately we didn't have time anymore.
