We booked the family unit which had 3 bedrooms. Mattresses were on the floor for the two queen rooms, this was fine for us and the mattresses were comfortable. Two separate seating areas (dining table and another table) which was good as it gave our teenagers their space to connect). We had a wonderful stay. The staff was friendly and efficient. There is also a BBQ area, which we didn't make use of. Fully equipped kitchen, including pots/pans, cutlery/plates, dishwashing detergent/sponge.

Professional staff, readily available for any need. Very good breakfast. The lodge is located close to forest, you can sleep wrapped by sounds of nature, very relaxing.
A small lodge with warm environment. The staff/lady with spectacles and guests are friendly :) Warm water is working well too! Make sure NOT to turn the water pressure to the max, so it has some time to heat up.
The lodges are conveniently located in the National Park and walking distance to the amenities.

The breakfast in the restaurant is excellent! The xmas decoration is nice and bring out the festive ambient.
Staff were very helpful and friendly. The lodges are situated within the Kinabalu park so you wake up to a breathtaking scenery of the mountain. It gets chilly in the evening and early morning. Our large king bed was super comfy. Breakfast was decent.
great location if you’re visiting the park and for climbers , the lodges are aged but well maintained. site staff are very attentive and helpful. many marked trails for casual walkers around the lodges. the view of the mountain is amazing.
