Ideal for nature-lovers looking for a self-sufficient getaway, lodges are fully furnished and self-catered. Usually made of wood and surrounded by forests or mountains, lodges can be part of a group or a single unit. More remote than holiday homes, lodges are popular for safari trips.
I've a long history with this place & been to this resort since they are still known as Travel Lodge.
I'm very satisfied staying here as its near to all the places that i frequent when i am in cameron.
Breakfast was good especially the fried rice & fried noodles. Tasty.
Room was crisp clean.
Restroom was even equipped with toothbrush set.
Unfortunately I am a person that like to skip breakfast. So I am unable to comment about it. But the location is nearby a lot of shop that you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner such as Family Mart, Tealive, and others. It is also just 7-8 minutes to reach Cameron Valley Tea 1 and 2 if you ride motorcycle. 5 minutes from the lodge there is DIY shop. The owner also generous enough to keep my luggage 2 hours after check out.
1) Room is Newly renovated/ refurbished
2) View facing Hills
3) Quiet environment
4) Immediate action taken by Hotel staff once feedback lodge through WhatsApp
The breakfast fare was pretty good and the F&B service staff on the first morning of my stay were very attentive. The next day they seemed a bit short staffed.
The water pressure at the shower was good making showers quite enjoyable.
On my second night the guests a floor up were very noisy with kids running around screaming, way till almost midnight. After I lodged a complaint at the front desk, it was taken care of quite promptly and it quieted down enough that I could sleep. My thanks to the night shift staff for taking care of that.
From Map Travelodge to Traveller Bunker, I have loved this place since my first stay, the cleanliness, the friendly staff, and everything here are nice 💕💕💕
