Ideal for nature-lovers looking for a self-sufficient getaway, lodges are fully furnished and self-catered. Usually made of wood and surrounded by forests or mountains, lodges can be part of a group or a single unit. More remote than holiday homes, lodges are popular for safari trips.
The room interior was homey and had the ancient, majestic feel of Petra. The balcony view was also stunning. The Lodge had lovely grounds to see and also had an open terrace for all. The staff were good, in particular Ahmad & Holly who were extremely accommodating and helpful during our stay. They made us feel very welcomed and went above and beyond. The breakfast & dinner spread was great and they also do lunch boxes.
Well positioned hotel. It's not downtown so you can enjoy a beautiful view and it's quiet. But it's still 5 minutes in car from Petra's entrance and most restaurants.
You can also eat at the lodge, it was very qualitative. Breakfast was good as well. And you can order a lunchbox.
Nice terraces and garden, plenty of places outside to rest and enjoy.
Our family room was great. Very big, with all what you need, nice balcony. Tastefully decorated as wel.
This place is amazing. The best few over the valley from the room terrace. Very nice American Lady running the Lodge. Very nice and helpfull guys working there. You feel like being invited in the hous of a friend. I will come back
Large rooms with amazing views! It was a quick and easy hop down to restaurants and the entrance to Petra, but up at Infinity Lodge, you feel like you’re in your own quiet world. Super-friendly staff and expansive breakfasts. It was cold when we visited, but we felt very cozy in our rooms. My mom keeps talking about how much she enjoyed staying here.
The lodge is exactly how it is described in the description. It’s on the top of Petra city with an amazing view, above all during the evening. People of the staff are wonderful and making our 2 days in Petra really special meeting all our needs. The restaurant of the structure serves local Jordan food, very very good!
An amazing experience. Everything was more than we expected. The location and view are great. Infinity Lodge îs the perfect accommodation when visiting Petra.
Very nice host, communication, facilities. The owner is a fantastic interlocutor. He helps in addition, all options are available, you just have to ask. We traveled with a wheelchair. Everything is possible, achievable. A beautiful place. The dinner is delicious and interesting. I recommend it, one of the best lodgings, high quality, accurate
Petra Wooden House is a lovely, professionally run family hotel. My huge room was very comfortable, and had views over the town. The meals prepared by Mahmoud's (the owner) sister were two of the best meals I had in my two weeks in Jordan. I highly recommend a stay here!
Everything was wonderful at infinity lodge. Really welcoming, friendly staff. Nicely decorated place and near to Petra entrance (3min driving). Highly recommend the dinner as it was soooo delicious with good price.
Petra Wooden house is a lovely hostel in Wadi Musa. The host Mahmoud was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful! Would highly recommend booking dinner and breakfast on the rooftop terrace made by his family. One of our favourite on our visit to Jordan!
